2. Dy. G.M. Finance & Accounts : He will be responsible for overall Accounts, Finance of multi location existing business of Group companies. He will also be responsible for administration of all finance & acct team for all group units.

He will also be responsible for Business Development already identified fields for increasing the Group turnover business from 150 crore to 500 crore.

Qualification         -   C.A.

Experience           -   around 15 years of post qualification

3. Asst. Manager Accounts -  Candidate must have worked in the capacity of Finance & Accounts Manager at unit level and he should be having coordination, commanding & administrative exposure for controlling finalization of multi location  Group Companies Balance Sheet at least 5 years at Corporate Office. He should also have exposure in Taxation, MIS, Cost controlling & administration function, welfare of team.

He will be responsible for making Marketing Strategy in all respect for multi location diversified fields for the purpose of achieving sales targets & increase the profit of the group.

6. Sr. Manager-Material Purchase: He should be fully familiar with procurement procedures with regards to exploration & negotiations with suppliers with global concept, high standards with supply chain management & material management concept without compromising of high quality procurement with system for reduction in cost.

Will be responsible for Inventory control, purchasing of Capital Machinery, Consumables, Spare parts of mechanical\ electrical\ hardware \ Automobile & Heavy Earth Moving Equipments an ensuring qualitatively & timely delivery.

Qualification              -Diploma in Materials Management & Mechanical (Full time regular course)

Experience                 -           Around 10 years in the similar field post qualification.

7. P.A. to M.D. (Female \ Male) : Should have exposure in handling office functions so as to provide support in increasing the efficiency and time saving of the top Management. Must  be having pleasing personality, attitude to handle & maintain PR with already strong relations with Govt. Officials.

Qualification       : Diploma in secretarial practice or Diploma in PR (Full time regular course), Diploma in

Computer Application \ Operation (1 year course)

8. Sr. Manager Project : The candidate should have  wide exposure in overhauling, renovation, expansion, development, up gradation  & modernization in  multi location stone crusher units having capacity of 2 million ton per annum of each unit.

The candidate should be proactive, self starter, result oriented and has strong administrative skills to make the team command group of manpower engaged in project and operations in multi locations.

Qualification       - B.E.  in Mechanical Engineering
