Lalkuan Stone Crushers Ltd., Haldwani
Established in the year 1991, the unit is producing international standard stone grits as per specification of Ministry of Surface Transport (MOST). The unit is equipped with the best and latest technology based machines. The Unit has a capacity 30 lac M.T/annum and is spread over an area of 55 acres of land at Haldwani.
The cost of project is about Rs 25 crores and an annual turnover of Rs 60 crores. Apart from above setup we have a very large fleet consisting of Dumpers and modern heavy earthmoving machineries (100 No. dumpers, 6 No. excavators, 3 No. pay loaders, 4No. 3D machines) of approx rupees 25 crores.
The products of the unit are various sizes stone grits & Sand both natural and crushed.

The company has further setup a state of the art Stone Crushing unit in the year 2007 with provision of forward integration for Ready Mix Concrete and Pre Cast Component at Bazpur (U.S. Nagar) with cost of project about rupees 25 crores with installed capacity of 30 lac M.T./annum spread over 60 acres land. The Company is further setting up a state of the art Stone Crushing unit at Kichha. The unit will be equipped with the best and latest technology based machines and same automobile machineries setup as Haldwani Unit. The Project work is complete and commercial producton has started with full capacity.
Projects in Pipeline for the goal of 300 crores turnover
The group is in execution of five more Crusher Units at nearby area with cost of projects about rupees 100 crores. All the Sites have great potential to stone products and are ideally located as far as market is concerned. Land for all four Sites had been acquired at the prime locations. Paper work formalities are in progress and will be completed in two years.
Green Gold Flowers Pvt. Ltd.
A) Established in the year 1980 for cultivating high yielding quality flower & fruit plants. Presently one of the largest producer of fruits and flowers plants in the State. The area under agro forestry extends over 200 acres of land which includes commercial crops (Forestry & Agricultural) at Jeolikot & Rudrapur etc.
b) The company is further extending its project for Organic Vegetables for export, Flowers and Bamboo Forests at a cost of about Rs. 100 crores.
Kumar Oxygen Ltd., Rudrapur
Established in the year 1987 at Rudrapur and presently having two modernized Oxygen Plants with total installed capacity of 500 M3/hr at rudrapur, kashipur & roorkee producing Oxygen, Medical Oxygen, Nitrogen, Liquid Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide and Dissolved Acetylene gases. The present cost of project is about Rs. 10.5 crores with a turnover of about Rs. 10 crores / annum.
